Kelly Corey
Kelly received her BFA in Theater from the University of Southern California. Her first foray into education came when she joined The Music Center in Los Angeles, working on a team that brought teaching artists and performers into schools and developing arts-integrated curriculum for elementary-aged students. Kelly also played a long-time role in the Spotlight scholarship program for high-school student performers. Students from all over the state audition in their respective disciplines (dance, voice, acting, instrumental music) and receive personalized feedback to help them prepare for college auditions – and beyond! This work kindled a passion for supporting individual students in self-discovery and the pursuit of their educational goals.
After relocating to the DMV area, Kelly remained committed to work in education. For over five years she has been a knowledgeable guide to families navigating their educational planning journeys. In her role as Operations Manager at Moxie, Kelly helps to orient students and families in the planning process and connect them with the right member of our team to craft a personalized path forward.
