Suzanne Rose

Meet Suzanne

Suzanne Rose is an award-winning copywriter with over 35 years of experience. During her successful career, she has also served as a writing coach for elementary, middle and high school students. With extensive experience in the advertising/marketing field, Suzanne has an interesting perspective on how students can best promote themselves through writing. She makes the process fun, while teaching students how to captivate readers and deliver messages effectively. She received a BA in Journalism from UNC-Chapel Hill, where she remains active in the school’s alumni association. She has a passion for writing and editing, and loves sharing her gifts with those who need help with various writing projects.

Suzanne has had the opportunity to work with both students and professionals from very diverse backgrounds and enjoys helping them meet and conquer challenges. She brings enthusiasm and creativity to every project, and particularly enjoys helping students navigate the writing process as individuals – relating their unique stories in a way that helps others gain insight into who they are. She believes that our stories are our “brand,” and that communicating them effectively is of utmost importance throughout our educational, professional, and personal journeys.

In addition to being an essay specialist, Suzanne manages blogs and other content for Moxie. She is also writing a children’s book, inspired by her late husband. In her spare time she enjoys reading, music, exercising, and spending time with family and friends. She loves animals – especially dogs – and the beach, and she journals daily about her many adventures (which she highly recommends).
