I am so grateful that I had Melissa Harrington as a counselor during my college process and cannot express enough gratitude for how much she has done for me. I had no idea how to even start the college process. I am an only child with an immigrant mom and a dad who knew as little as I did because the college process has changed so much since he was applying. It was a daunting process but Melissa helped me every step of the way. She took the time to get to know me and formulated a college plan that was uniquely for me. She helped me with making my college lists, and was on zoom with me for hours aiding me with my common app. She even helped formulate ideas for my essays. I truly do not know what I would have done without her. Melissa was always just a text or a zoom call away and any questions I had about college she would immediately answer and not only that, but she would also discuss with other Moxie councilors so it was a whole team of professionals helping me through this overbearing process. She was an instrumental part in my college process and I truly cannot recommend her enough.
